A Discussion Group is a simple way that people interested in a given subject can exchange ideas and information (for free) using email.
How does it work?
Just send a blank email here, and you'll be signed up as a new member. Then you will receive our discussions as email on your computer. You can add ideas or ask questions simply by sending an email to "earthplay@yahoogroups.com". (You'll get all the directions you'll need when you sign up.)
What is your Discussion Group called and what is it all about?
We are called "The Natural Play Environment Group". It is an international network of folks discussing all aspects of the new "natural" movement in children's playgrounds. The Natural Play Environment Group consists of designers, educators, students, childcare professionals, playground safety inspectors, municipalities, principals, teachers, parents and children. We discuss all aspects of natural play environments including design and construction, research and programming, play and child development, community involvement and outreach, plant selection, safety and much more.
